Reunion “Rules”

- Senior citizens served first at meal time.

- If your spouse/child is on cooking detail, you are on clean up detail-before and after the meal-until clean up is complete.

- Everyone clean their own tray and keep glasses and cups washed. Use recycling bag for cans.

- When you leave the reunion, clean up your cabin and police the area around it.

- Breakfast will be served from 7:01 until 8:59 sharp.

- If you see dishes or silverware outside, bring them back in. Inventory is taken before and after the reunion. We continue to have additional charges each year for missing items.

- Chili will be put away at 9:00 pm Wednesday. If you arrive later than this, feel free to serve yourself.

- No charge – just download the pictures!
- Please stay and help clean up on Saturday morning. We are responsible for cleaning our cabins, director’s quarters, bathrooms, main room, kitchen, deck and grounds. We all need to help here.

Where is it?
The family reunion is held at Camp Allen in Navasota TX. Specifically, our family is located at Campsite #1 (AKA Campsite Goddard)

When is it?
The Reunion officially begins on the fourth Wednesday of November at around noon. The majority of the family arrives that night or the following morning. The Reunion continues until Saturday morning.
How Much Does it Cost?
1. Campsites cabin rates will be approximately $50 per cabin per night. Costs will be prorated for partial cabins, ie. Kids in a cabin. Seven cabins available.
2. Directors quarters for families with young children.
3. Motel rooms: They are $100 per night
Where can I get Group Pictures?
All group pictures will be available for download off this site so no need to purchase them!
When is the Golf Game?
The number of participants in the annual golf game vary from year to year as well as the location. Please contact one of the Reunion Organizers if you are interested in playing this year.
Are Pets Allowed?
Unfortunately, Camp Allen does not allow pets on the premises.
What Do I Bring?
Generally bring what you always bring. You know, folding chairs, games, poker chips, bedding, towels and washcloths for cabins (not for the motel).
Horseback Riding?
Horseback riding is available on Friday. They offer rides in the arena You will need to make your own arrangements with Camp Allen for these activities.
Washer Tournament?
The washer tournament will be played starting Thursday am and continuing Friday. Check in with Jimmy with teams ASAP either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. Kids under 13 will play on their own pit area.
